GCPS Bookmobile
The GCPS Book Mobile program - the district's traveling libraries - made its debut in the summer of 2017. The mission of this literacy initiative is to put books into students’ hands and encourage them to build personal libraries. The two Book Mobiles, called Pow and Explore, operate the entire year with both a school year program and a summer program.
Branch Out: Gwinnett County Public Library
School media centers in Gwinnett County Public Schools are full of great resources for students, and access to even more resources is on the way! The partnership between GCPS and the Gwinnett County Public Library will help students Branch Out! academically. All students have access to the Branch Out! program by using their student number as the username and birthdate (MMDD) as the PIN number. This allows students to have full access to the print and digital resources of the county library system at any one of 15 branches around Gwinnett and online.
